How to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by CAPA Resolve.

Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information that CAPA Resolve holds about you. These may include the right to:
- Access a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Delete personal information in certain circumstances
- Restrict processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
- Port your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format in certain circumstances
- Object to certain types of processing of your personal information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
These rights are subject to applicable law and may be limited in certain circumstances. We will respond to all valid requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

- Enough detail for us to identify the information your request relates to
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will ask only for what is reasonably necessary to do so.
Law enforcement and third-party requests
CAPA Resolve will only disclose personal information to law enforcement or other third parties in response to a valid legal obligation (such as a court order or statutory notice). We do not voluntarily disclose user information to law enforcement without legal compulsion, and we will seek to notify users of requests where we are legally permitted to do so.
Third parties may not request personal information about other individuals through this process. Such requests will not be fulfilled.
Raising a concern
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information or a data request, we ask that you contact us first so we have an opportunity to address your concern. If you remain unsatisfied, you may have the right to raise a complaint with a relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
