  • Use CAPA's dispute-support tools to build or advance claims you know to be false or fabricated
  • Submit false documentation, forged evidence, or deliberately misleading information through CAPA's platform
  • Use CAPA to target, harass, or harm individuals or organisations in a manner not directed toward legitimate resolution

Enforcement

CAPA Resolve reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating access, and reporting activity to law enforcement where applicable.

We are not obligated to monitor all use of this website or any service, but we reserve the right to do so.
